that put a smile on my face. thanks for the comment.
GREAT music GREAT art GREAT animation, why did it have to be so short? I can't wait to see more!!
This episode is kinda where we come full circle and it might be my favorite. Watching this episode and episode 3 back to back is an interesting experience, seeing how the characters evolved without having seen all the steps of their transformation leaves a lot to the imagination, but in a good way. The animation and sound improved a lot as well, there's nothing I would change.
This episode captures certain slice of life and shounen elements that I dig very much. You get to know the characters more, you get to see what makes them excited or afraid, and there's that anticipation for what's to come and how they will deal with it. Truly one of the greatest anime of our time.
The atmosphere was definitely on point with this one, though I wish the episode wasn't taken up mostly by exposition, even if it was a short one by anime standards.
A huge improvement on art and sound, though I'm not sure that the score is always on theme. I don't imagine that a jazzy upbeat adventure track is the best fit for a pirate boarding scene.
A great start to a series. There were moments I thought that the sound effects and musical atmosphere were lacking, though for some moments it fit well to have silence. Lack of sound can be just as impactful as a musical stinger, especially when you know how to use both to their full affect.
Hope to see more!
There will be plenty more!
This is pretty surreal. I enjoy.
I am in tears bruh, this is parody on top of parody
