I'm back!

Back from Short Short Fest
It was great to see everyone!
Thanks to @EugeneDoesArt for letting me be his passenger princess for my stay in PA. Because my situation is all bureaucratic nonsense, visas and extensions, I haven't gotten around to getting a license yet, but I should have one by April of next year. However, I did drive on the day of the event, when me and him went go-karting! I don't think I've ever done it before, and by the end our best lap times were about 1 second apart, so I'd say I got the hang of it pretty quick.
About the event, as I put it in the forums: I got to talk to lots of artists, draw very poorly with a borrowed sharpie, recount the stories of my travels and animation exploits with Tom, and see shorts and animations I had never seen before.
One of my favorite animations featured was: Ronnie Mulch's Perfect Anniversary Gift
I also enjoyed the CMYKids bumper animations by Dillon O'Keefe.

Back to making art
Back at the stylus, I've posted a few new pieces since last week, one A rated piece that I agreed to do for @praise-bob many moons ago that was delayed for animations and whatnot, and two new ones for my various profiles. And there is yet more to come! New pixel art, a concept piece, and a mixed media experimental artwork are things I have planned for the near future, as well as a song for the Emo Art Collab. Stay tuned for those!
My health
As I stated in a previous update post, for the longest time my health suffered from sleep apnea and sleep deprivation in general. I can say with confidence my condition has improved greatly. Compared to Pico Day 2024 that feels like a blur, I had energy the whole day of ShortShortFest 2026 and was still going strong toward the end of the night (and I didn't even have any caffeine in my system). This surprised me since social events and travelling in general were always very draining, now it's just an inconvenience at best. I will still be monitoring my sleep closely, but the days of never having to use any form of sleep aid seem closer, and my previous concerns feel almost unwarranted anymore.

Back with new plans!
As some may have noticed, I have started posting to YouTube and linking my ko-fi, I also have a twitter and will be posting there frequently (mostly older works for now). There is a method to this madness as, while I would much prefer to be online as little as possible, I also want to get more eyes on my work and branch out more to some other communities. So here's the gist of it:
Ko-fi - I will use to build my portfolio, and post unfinished works, as well as alternate renders/colors of my work.
Twitter (X) - I will use to share that portfolio and also repost things I enjoy like music.
YouTube - Very much supplemental and chaotic. Mashups, covers and videos I can't put on NG would go here.
Newgrounds - I will only post finished original works, so no WIPs, covers, mashups and anything else NG doesn't allow.
Discord - I like making art with people, so I'm building a community around creating and teaching together on discord.
And that's all for now, hopefully I'll have at least one thing of interest to you in these spaces!
Now with all that said...
